Seeing sarongs everywhere is certainly not reason enough for me to start wearing one as well, but I soon found out that the only way to go inside a temple is to wear a sarong, hand-in a small donation, and declare that it isn't the time of the month for me.
I am not that cynical. I am not trying to make fun of other people's beliefs and/or other people's culture either. All I am doing right now is a bit of comical writing about my sarong experience and perspective. Okay. These pictures were taken while we were in Pura Besaki, the mother temple of Bali. This temple complex built at the foot of a volcano (Mt. Agung) looks forbidding and eerie, but at the same time wonderful and magical. Visiting Pura Besaki is one of my best and high moment while in Bali. It is not only the awe inspiring temple monument that makes it unique, the rice paddies and terraces in the adjacent areas, the farms, the volcano nearby, the small hike, and etc., are all part of its beauty!

Wow, those sarongs are *hott*. There is nothing sexier than a woman in a sarong.
